Your trusted partner for unforgettable holidays
Welcome to On Beach Holiday. When you book a package holiday through our website, you enter into a legally binding contract with On Beach Holiday and the individual travel service providers supplying your flights, accommodation, transfers, or other services. A “package” means a combination of at least two travel services purchased for the same holiday. These terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and the framework under which On Beach Holiday operates. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
Before confirming your booking, you must provide accurate information regarding all travellers, including full names (as per passports or official IDs), contact details, and any mobility, disability, or medical requirements. If you or a member of your party has reduced mobility or special assistance needs, please inform us prior to booking. Certain suppliers may be unable to provide specific accommodation or services, and failure to notify us early may result in additional charges or booking refusal.
When you submit a booking request on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your booking is confirmed — and a contract is formed — only when you receive a formal booking confirmation email from On Beach Holiday. This confirmation will include your booking reference, itinerary, and payment details. Until this confirmation is issued, your booking request holds no contractual value, and prices or availability may change.
We take great care to ensure that all pricing, descriptions, and availability displayed on our website are correct. However, genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error before your booking is confirmed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without penalty. In rare cases, if the error is identified after confirmation and the pricing discrepancy is significant, we may need to cancel the booking and provide a full refund.
Pay in Full:
Required for bookings made close to departure or for non-refundable airline fares.
Low Deposit & Instalment Plans:
You may secure your holiday with a non-refundable deposit, followed by scheduled instalments. All instalment dates must be adhered to. Failure to make a payment may lead to automatic cancellation, and you will remain liable for non-refundable flight or supplier costs.
All payments must be completed by the final balance due date specified in your confirmation. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods listed on our website.
If you need to amend your booking — such as changing travel dates, correcting names, or updating accommodation — please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval. You may be charged:
Some changes, particularly those involving flights, may not be possible after ticket issuance.
If you wish to cancel your holiday, you must notify On Beach Holiday in writing. Cancellation charges will apply based on:
In many cases, airline fares are 100% non-refundable from the time of booking. We will provide a breakdown of applicable charges upon your request.
Occasionally, suppliers may need to adjust or cancel services due to operational reasons. We distinguish between:
If a significant change occurs, we will give you the choice to accept the revised arrangements, choose an alternative holiday of equal value, or receive a full refund.
If On Beach Holiday or a supplier cancels your holiday, you will receive a full refund and, where applicable, compensation except in circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
On Beach Holiday is not liable for disruptions caused by exceptional and unavoidable circumstances outside our control, such as:
In such cases, refunds may be limited to amounts recoverable from suppliers.
All travellers must behave responsibly and comply with local laws, hotel policies, and airline regulations. If you or a member of your party behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or offensive, suppliers may deny service or remove you from the holiday without compensation. You may also be held financially liable for damages caused.
If you encounter any problem during your holiday, please:
Failure to report issues during your stay may affect your rights to compensation later.
After your return, you must submit any unresolved complaint to us in writing within 28 days.
Your On Beach Holiday package holiday is financially protected. In the unlikely event of our insolvency or that of a supplier, your money is safeguarded through a protective structure (such as trust account, insurance, or similar protection). If a supplier becomes insolvent during your trip, arrangements will be made to ensure your safe return.
On Beach Holiday is responsible for ensuring all elements of your package holiday are delivered with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for:
