How Our Best Price Promise Works
1. Find a cheaper holiday within 24 hours
Once your booking is confirmed, if you spot the exact same package — same flights, hotel, travel dates, room type, board basis, number of people, and extras — on another UK-based, ATOL-protected travel site, you can claim under our promise.
2. Ensure all the details match
The comparison must be like-for-like. That means every part of the deal must be identical: airline, hotel, room type, flight times, number of nights, number of people, and any extras.
3. Submit your claim via your account
Go to your On Beach Holiday “Manage My Booking” section, select “Support”, and choose Best Price Promise. Fill in the form along with:
- A screenshot or link showing the cheaper offer
- Your On Beach Holiday booking reference
4. Get your refund — plus extra
If your claim satisfies the terms, we’ll refund the difference and add an extra £5 per person on top.
Eligibility Checklist
To make sure your claim is valid, here’s what we check:
- Your claim must be made within 24 hours of getting your booking confirmation.
- The competitor’s offer must be a publicly available package on a UK-based, ATOL-protected site.
- The price you’re comparing to must include all fees (e.g. booking / credit card fees). It cannot rely on coupons, loyalty discounts or other promotional offers.
- All travel details must exactly match: number of people, nights, room type, board, transfers, flight times, and extras.
Important Terms
- Only the lead booker on the reservation can submit a claim.
- You can make only one Best Price Promise claim per booking.
- This promise applies to package holidays only — not to flights-only or hotel-only bookings.
- The £5 per person bonus does not apply to free travellers (for example, infants traveling free).
- You can’t combine the promise with other special offers, vouchers, or corporate / loyalty discounts.
- We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Best Price Promise at any time — and to require proof that a claim meets all criteria.

How to Make a Claim
- Log in to Manage My Booking
- Go to Support → Best Price Promise
- Complete the form with your booking reference, the cheaper price, and a screenshot or URL
- Submit your claim and let us handle the rest
We’ll review your claim and, if it meets our terms, refund the difference + £5 per person.
Fine Print & Limitations
- This promise may only be claimed within 24 hours of booking.
- The cheaper deal must be from a UK-based ATOL-holding travel company.
- Claims are limited to identical holidays — no deviations in dates, hotels, or room types.
- We reserve the right to decline any claim if it does not fully meet the eligibility criteria.
- Refunds processed under this promise may take a few days, depending on your original payment method and banking partner.
